I’ve seen some of this guy’s photos scattered around Tumblr. Best I can tell, his name is Jason. He’s got a great, rough, ginger bear look to him. The photographer for some of these is James Kelley (pics with the JK watermark), and he’s got a cool tumblr here that features some bear-ish guys. Check him out.
